Jayne Jahre

Ms. Jahre joined McAloon & Friedman as a partner in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, she was a member of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold LLP, specializing in complex litigation with specific expertise in medical and nursing home malpractice, HIPAA compliance, pharmaceutical and products liability. She began her legal career at Schiavetti, Corgan, DiEdwards and Nicholson, LLP where she represented hospitals and health care professionals.

Ms. Jahre is a member of the Defense Research Institute and is active on its nursing home/assisted living subcommittee. She has lectured to nursing homes on various topics including Public Health Law violations. Ms. Jahre is also a member of the New York State Bar Association Health Law section.
