Wayne M. Roth

Mr. Roth joined McAloon & Friedman as a partner 12 years ago. He has been representing physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice actions and health law related matters for more than 20 years. During law school he was Managing Editor of the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce and honored with membership in the Order of the Coif and the Justinian Honor Society. He started his career as a prosecutor in the Kings County District Attorney's Office. His peers have selected him as one of the Best Lawyers in America®.
